Meet Noelene, General Manager at Takalvan Motel, Bundaberg! 🏆
Noelene started working for Southern Cross Motel Group in 2017 and has loved every minute of it. Working full-time as a property manager and studying to become a chef, she is a powerhouse who still takes the time to make every guest's stay memorable.
We asked her what keeps her going and this is what she said: "I tried retirement some time ago and it was not for me! More importantly, I love my job, I love my staff and they have been with me forever. I also love my guests, the interactions with them and really just life itself. That’s what keeps me going and makes me want to try new things and connect with people on the daily."
